Increasingly golf course owners are realising a liability for accidental damage by golf balls which may ultimately lead to court action and claims for damages. Therefore wherever a design alteration is being considered it is advisable to consult a golf course architect who can investigate the safety aspects of the situation and provide recommendations or highlight potential areas of conflict in order that the design is carried out to acceptable safety standards
Golf Course Review
For existing golf courses there is no such thing as the perfect layout and the golf clubs are often challenged by the changing demands of the golfers and by the improving technology of golf equipment to make design changes to the golf course. The first stage of a golf course redesign is to carry out a detailed report to evaluate the existing golf course and identify its strengths and weaknesses as a basis for the design approach
